About OCAT: My Japanese Sentences

OCAT is a sentence-centered language learning app. Simply enter what you want to say in your native language, and OCAT will show you a natural, idiomatic way to say it in the language you are learning. You can play the pronunciation, view pronunciation guides, save sentences, and build a personal phrase bank rooted in your own life. Learning sentences beats memorizing words! The name OCAT comes from the Japanese phrase "教えて (oshiete)," meaning "please teach me." Collect sentences, train your ears, and practice shadowing: 【Learn sentences】 Want to know how to say something in another language? Enter it in your native language, and AI will quickly provide a natural expression. 【Save sentences】 When you find an expression you want to remember and use again, save it to one of your collections. 【Your personal phrase bank】 Collect sentences that are genuinely connected to your own life and build a spoken-language phrase bank that truly belongs to you. 【Loop playback and train your ears】 Play saved sentences repeatedly in the background so your ears become familiar with sentence patterns, pronunciation, and the feel of the language. 【Natural voices】 OCAT includes very natural-sounding reading voices that help you practice shadowing more effectively while developing good intonation. 【Shadowing and speaking practice】 Imitate each sentence's rhythm, intonation, and pronunciation to move beyond a foreign accent — train your ears to improve listening, and shadow to improve speaking. Think back to what you just said, ask OCAT, save example sentences, play them repeatedly to train your ears, and then practice speaking through shadowing! Build a phrase bank that truly belongs to you, and learn to speak naturally in everyday life, just as a child does! AI assistance in OCAT is limited to language-learning use cases, such as creating natural example sentences, pronunciation practice, and review support.
