Curious Coffee

At Curious Coffee, we’re all about great coffee, good food, and even better company. Nestled in the heart of Easingwold and Haxby, and founded in 2013, we’ve created a space where everyone is welcome—whether you’re here for your daily caffeine fix, a leisurely brunch, or just a cozy spot to catch up with friends. We take pride in every cup we serve, sourcing high-quality beans and crafting each drink with care. But for us, coffee is just the beginning. Our menu is filled with fresh, homemade treats and hearty bites, because we believe the best moments happen over great food and drink. More than anything, we want Curious Coffee to feel like your go-to spot—a place where you can relax, recharge, and connect. Whether you’re meeting a friend, diving into a good book, or simply taking a moment for yourself, we’re here to make your visit special. As a family-owned business, we believe in the power of community. We’re proud to be a place where neighbours become friends, where baristas know your name, and where every visit feels like coming home. So, pull up a chair, take a sip, and let’s share a moment together. At Curious Coffee, you’re not just a customer—you’re part of the family.
