Mama Gs Smash Burgers

Welcome to Mama G’s Smash Burgers, where bold flavors and top-quality ingredients come together to create the ultimate burger experience. Founded in 2025 in Turlock, California, our food truck is dedicated to serving smash burgers made with the perfect blend of high-quality beef, cooked to perfection in beef fat and beef tallow—completely seed oil-free. Our story began as an extension of Big Vic’s BBQ, using the finest meat trimmings to craft the most flavorful, caramelized burgers you'll ever taste. From our signature Deluxe Smash Burger to our Loaded Fries topped with smoked brisket and pulled pork, every bite is a testament to our passion for great food. Whether you're a burger purist or looking for a unique twist on a classic, Mama G’s is here to deliver bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and an unforgettable experience.
