Talent Solution

Talent Solution is the employee app for companies running on the Talent Solution HR platform. The whole point of this app is to remove the small HR chores nobody enjoys — the paperwork, the email chains, the wondering whether your request was approved. One app, one login, everything you need to deal with HR. Attendance One tap to check in, one tap to check out. Your next shift and recent attendance are right on the home screen. Built for rotating shifts, flexible hours, and remote work — no more screenshots of timesheets at the end of the month. Leave and requests File leave, overtime, or shift-swap requests in a few taps. Track approval status in real time, instead of guessing or pinging your manager. The app tells you when something is approved, rejected, or needs changes. Claims Create a reimbursement claim, attach receipts straight from your camera or library, and send it in. Save drafts when you don't have everything yet, submit when you do. The app auto-fills category and currency when there's only one option — one less thing to think about. Notifications Anything that affects your day — approvals, schedule changes, company announcements — lands in one inbox. Nothing slips through, nothing buried in email. Calendar Your shifts, your leaves, public holidays, and company events on the same calendar. One place to see what your week looks like. Profile Your info, contract, and benefits are always at hand. Look it up yourself instead of asking HR. Security Enterprise SSO login. Face ID and Touch ID supported. Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Accounts are provisioned by your company's HR team.
