ShokApp

Sign in with Apple and you're in. Everyone gets starter credits, and everyone can earn more by helping someone out. No credits, no posts, that's the one rule that keeps it fair. Shok isn't a marketplace. It's people asking each other for help and actually showing up. Need a hand moving furniture, studying for an exam, fixing something you can't figure out? Post it. See something you can help with? Bid on it, chat with the person, get it done. Real people, real conversations, not listings. Core Concepts A Community, Not a Marketplace Every post is a person, not a listing. Get to know who you're helping or being helped by, and build a reputation people actually trust. Credits Every member starts with in-app credits. They're a way of tracking who's contributing. Spend them to ask for help, earn them back by giving it. Everyone has to give a little to get a little. If you don't have enough you may not get help. Committed Credits Credits tied up in an open offer are set aside until that offer's resolved, so you can't double-spend them. You Pick Who Helps Set your offer, see who bids, choose the person you actually trust, not just the best offer. Deadlines Every post has one, so you know exactly when it needs to get done. Referral Rewards Share your code. You and your friend both get a bonus when they join. Key Features Direct Messaging See a post you can help with, message that person right away, in-app. Chats stay tied to the post that started them. Trust & Safety Block anyone you don't want to deal with. Report a post or user anonymously if something's off. Profiles Add a photo, write a bio, show off your skills. Tap anyone's name or photo to see who they are. Search, Filter & Sort Find what you actually need: search by keyword, filter and sort the feed, even by distance. Comments Ask questions right on a post before you commit. Translate Post's in another language? Translate it right there in the feed. Edit & Delete Change your mind or made a typo. Edit or delete your post anytime. Notification Settings Decide what you actually want to be notified about.
