About Pooli Pro
Reports add Customer Payments, Customer Analytics, and Service History, with scrollable stats, alignment fixes, and clearer handling of deleted customers. Billing Groups let you bill many customers on one catalog product and a shared pegged renewal date, with easier create and discovery from the + menu. Subscription products can bill every 1 to 12 months. A flat 1% platform fee applies to payments processed through Pooli. Confirmation emails are clearer about the next charge date and whether the card is charged or an invoice is sent. History, test-strip monthly usage, and High pH Dry Acid selection are more reliable. General improvements and stability fixes.
What’s new
Version 4.4.0 · Updated October 22, 2026
Set targets once, use them on every route: Tap All pools on any test to copy it across your org, plus one-tap Dose to center and CYA auto-adjust for every pool. Smarter strip scan. Any pad that looks off gets a red outline, so you can tap and fix it right on the scanner. History at a glance: Tap any day to see every log and job by type, then open it in one tap. Your products, your targets: Custom products show in the picker and update dose and inventory, and edits stick. No double billing: Pooli asks before adding a second subscription on the same pool and schedule, and flags overlaps with a Duplicate billing badge. Contacts and Pools: A clearer switch, with Add right beside it. CSV exports: History and inventory files now include the app version, targets, feeder times, and unit and total costs. Plus more reliable notifications and stability boosts.
