About Whadata
Whadata is the mobile companion to the Whadata Healthcare Platform. It puts the visit, recording, note, chart, schedule, and claim, in one place, so you can finish documentation at the bedside instead of after hours. RECORD THE VISIT, NOT THE PAPERWORK - Ambient recording with live transcription as you talk, so nothing is typed twice - 22 languages with automatic detection and side-by-side English translation - Keep recording while you use other apps; the session reconnects on its own if the network drops - Generate a note from the transcript using your practice's templates, then review and edit before it is saved THE WHOLE CHART, ON THE DEVICE YOU ALREADY CARRY - Patient summary at a glance: allergies, chronic conditions, medications, immunizations, surgical and family history, labs, wounds, social history - Vitals with trend charts, percentile bands, and a full flowsheet you can chart into inline - Risk scores including BMI, blood pressure, ASCVD, diabetes control, and wound healing - Care-gap alerts sorted by urgency, with complete, dismiss, and snooze - Pull structured data out of a transcript, a vaccination record, or a wound photo, review every suggestion, and merge what you accept - Session media in one library, with full-screen preview RUN THE DAY - Today's Visits: the day's schedule grouped by patient, with status, room assignment, and team to-dos - Day, week, month, and by-provider calendars, plus booking against real open slots - Message your team, or a patient's care team, from inside the chart GET PAID FOR THE WORK - Code a visit from its note: extraction, NCCI scrub, E/M level check, and denial-risk prediction - Work the denial-risk list before anything is submitted - Real-time eligibility checks SIGN AND ATTEST - Sign a note and commit it to a tamper-evident ledger you can verify later BUILT FOR PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION - Face ID and fingerprint unlock, plus idle auto-logoff - Encrypted storage and transport; no patient data written to device logs - Every read and write of patient data recorded in a server-side audit trail your compliance team can review - Works offline and syncs when you are back on a connection
