About GutSpy
GutSpy helps people with IBS log bowel movements, symptoms, meals, and flare-ups in seconds, then spot possible trigger patterns from their own data. Built specifically for IBS, GutSpy is a focused stool and symptom tracker for fast daily logging, a guided 14-day program, and appointment-ready reports. No calorie counting, no generic wellness clutter. Track what matters: • Log bowel movements with Bristol stool type • Record symptoms like bloating, cramps, nausea, gas, urgency, diarrhea, and constipation • Log what you eat and spot possible trigger foods • Monitor flare-ups, pain, and changes in your IBS symptoms Find personal IBS patterns: • Follow a guided 14-day program to uncover possible IBS trigger patterns • Review bowel movements, symptoms, and meals in one simple timeline • Spot repeated patterns between food, symptoms, and bowel movements • See weekly changes in stool type, frequency, and symptom severity • Understand patterns from your own logs, not generic advice Prepare for appointments: • Export a clean personal insights PDF • Share structured symptom and stool history with your healthcare professional • Bring real data to your next appointment instead of relying on memory Built for IBS, and only IBS: • Made for IBS-C, IBS-D, IBS-M, and unpredictable flare-ups • A simple daily diary, not a calorie counter or generic wellness app • Quick enough to log in seconds, structured enough to bring to a doctor • Connect Apple Health to see how sleep, cycle, and activity line up with your logs Now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Polish. For questions or feedback: [email protected] Important: GutSpy shows patterns based on the information you log. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or replace care from a healthcare professional. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. What’s new
Version 2.6.0 · Updated September 20, 2026
Patterns are now a fair comparison, not a tally. • Each food tag is compared with similar meals without it, so a food you eat often no longer tops the list just because you eat it often • A reaction means a symptom, or a stool outside your usual range, 12 to 36 hours after a meal • When your 14 days end without a suspect, GutSpy now tells you why and what to log next • Meals you describe in words get tags automatically. Tags you set yourself always win
