Schneider Weisse tap pressure

Schneider Weisse was founded in Munich in 1872 and is now in its seventh generation of family ownership. With only four ingredients, pioneering spirit, and a conviction for the right taste and versatility of wheat malt passed down through generations, Schneider Weisse has been brewing the finest wheat beer for 150 years, strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law. Today, under the leadership of Georg VI. Schneider, the family brewery offers ten different wheat beer specialties – from the unmistakable Schneider Weisse Original to the strong Aventinus wheat double bock. Always in focus: the endeavor to make as many people as possible true enthusiasts with unique and sometimes extraordinary flavor profiles. Each Schneider Weisse is a manifestation of the highest brewing art for true wheat beer connoisseurs! Our unique and characterful wheat beer specialties stand for this. Each of our beers is a unique interpretation of the taste experience. And yet they all share a common commitment: to Bavarian heritage and the Purity Law. Schneider Weisse recommends using only carbon dioxide as the dispensing gas to maintain the refreshing quality of typical Bavarian wheat beer.
