Say the word and Prio resends and reminds — the awkward message is never yours to write. The rest of the job - Recurring invoices go out on the schedule you set. A client who turns on autopay is charged on time, on an authorization captured up front. - Clients book a slot from your public link, and reschedule or cancel by replying to their booking reminder. - QuickBooks connects read-only, right in the chat. Turn on sync and each Prio invoice mirrors into the books. Ask for a report and it arrives in the conversation. - Hours are tracked in the same thread the money lives in. How money is handled - A person approves every business before it can collect here. - Every payment previews and waits for your OK. Autopay charges only on an authorization the payer gave up front. - Bank transfers: $1 + 1%, the 1% capped at $5, on payments under $2,000. Cards: $1 + 3%. No monthly fee. Your network pays you - Pay a vendor who’s new to Prio and, when they join, they’re in your network. The payment is the referral — no code, nothing to sell to a friend. - Opt in to Cash Money and Prio pays you a flat, published thank-you on each qualifying invoice a vendor in your network gets paid — monthly, for as long as they’re active, out of Prio’s own fee.
