About WorkoutMaker: Gym Tracker

WorkoutMaker - Your training. Your way. Build your routine, record your workouts and see your progress. From strength sessions to cardio and timed holds, WorkoutMaker keeps your training organised in one clear, easy-to-use app. No subscriptions. No ads. No account required. PLAN AROUND YOUR LIFE Create a weekly schedule that fits your goals, with training days, rest days and your own workout names. See which workouts you’ve completed each week, or start a freestyle session when you want something different. MAKE EVERY MOVEMENT YOURS Choose from the exercise library or create custom movements for your equipment and training style. Add, reorder and remove exercises as your routine evolves. RECORD WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ACHIEVE Log weights, reps, bodyweight exercises, timed holds and cardio duration or distance. Keep your planned targets separate from today’s results, with the option to update your plan when you’re ready. BUILD ON YOUR LAST SESSION See your previous strength performance beside your inputs and copy those values into your current set. Spend less time looking through history and more time focusing on your workout. TRACK ADVANCED SETS ACCURATELY Record drop sets with separate weights and reps for each drop, plus rest-pause sets. Keep a clear record of the work you completed. LET THE TIMERS HELP Use a countdown for timed holds, then move straight into rest when the set finishes. Pause, resume or skip rest, and choose a default rest duration that suits your training—or turn it off. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Review saved sessions and explore your training with weekly, monthly and yearly charts. Follow your workout consistency, lifting volume, cardio time and distance. CORRECT YOUR RECORDS Entered the wrong weight or rep count? Edit a saved session without deleting and recreating it. Your progress totals update to reflect the correction. SHARE YOUR PLAN. PROTECT YOUR HISTORY. Export and import weekly schedules to exchange routines with friends or training partners. Create a full backup of your plans, saved sessions, custom movements and preferences, then restore it when needed.
