The app is designed to be neutral. It won't pressure you to lose or gain weight. There are no alarming colours, no goals. Just the information you want in one place. You can set reminders in the app so you can build a habit of recording your weight once per week at about the same time. The app included achievements for measuring regularly, not losing or gaining weight.
