The Sporting Tribune

The only app designed for sports fans in Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii! The Sporting Tribune was created in September 2022 with a focus on professional and collegiate sports in Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii. The area is the regional territory for many teams, including the Lakers, Clippers, Dodgers and Angels, and the broadcast area for the regional networks carrying their games. Veteran journalist Arash Markazi, who has covered the area for over 20 years at Sports Illustrated, ESPN and the Los Angeles Times, founded the company along with data scientist Chris Mattmann, who became the first-ever Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer at UCLA after a storied 24-year career at NASA JPL where he was the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer. The Sporting Tribune has more sports writers and photographers on staff than the Los Angeles Times, Las Vegas Review-Journal and Honolulu Star-Advertiser combined and is fully credentialed by the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, WNBA, NWSL, NCAA and International Olympic Committee. Now, with this custom, state-of-the-art app, we're offering more quality and quantity than ever on a superior platform aimed at being a one-stop shop for sports fans in Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii. Get all the news, opinion, analysis, photos and podcasts on all the teams we cover. And if that sounds like too much to track, set alerts per your own preferences, and we'll reach out with only what you want.
