Smarter routes • Choose how you travel: Auto, Walking or Driving for the whole trip, or override a single leg with a tap. • Road trips: add cities as stops and filter your plan by cities, spots, stays or transit. • Route recording is now continuous even at highway speeds, and finishing a trip saves your travelled path automatically. Better organized trips • Trip Groups: organize places into custom groups within a day. Rename, re-date, collapse or delete them. • Place Notes: jot a note on any place. The first line shows right in your itinerary. • Change a place's category to pick the icon you want on the list and map. Wineries and bars added. • One add menu for search results: add to a day, your Wishlist, or bookmarks. • Fixed duplicated stops when reordering places. Map options • New Interface settings: always show place icons on markers, or force large or small markers. Fresh look • New animated splash screen and a hero image for your empty Trips list.
