FieldTask App

FieldTask helps field service businesses schedule jobs, dispatch their team and send invoices from one app. Whether you're in HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, plumbing, construction, or other trades. FieldTask brings quoting, dispatching, route planning, time tracking and invoicing together, saving you time and keeping your whole team on the same page. From quote to invoice, and everything in between, it all happens in one app. Features Scheduling Plan jobs by month, week or day. Unscheduled jobs wait in their own list until you place them. Dispatching Assign a job to one technician or a full crew, and they're notified on their phone. Proximity Based Assignment Assign jobs to the team members closest to the job site. Jobs on Map See all your jobs on a map and plan the day around where the work is. Route Planning Plan each technician's route for the day. Route Optimization Put the day's stops in the best order and see total distance and time. Compare routing strategies, then open the route in Maps. GPS Live Location See where your team is in real time. Route Map Look back at the route each technician traveled. Quotation and Estimation Build quotes on site from templates, with tax, expiry dates and discount limits set by the office. Accepted quotes turn into jobs automatically. Invoicing Create invoices, or have one created automatically when a quote is accepted. Products Keep your products and services with their prices in one list, ready to add to quotes and invoices. Customers Keep customer details and multiple addresses in one place. Call, text or email customers right from the job. Job History Look up past jobs and what was done on each one.
