Our certified Wholeness Coaches specialize in areas like lifestyle medicine, nutrition, resilience and psychology and are experts at helping people make and maintain behavior changes in all areas of wellness: physical, mental, spiritual and relational. Unlimited anytime messaging with your Coach: Message your Coach anytime in the WholeYou app for questions, guidance and motivation. Wholeness Assessment and individualized metrics: Our Wholeness Assessment measures more than just fitness, sleep and exercise — it looks at your life wholistically. We’ll help you understand where you’re currently at when it comes to the four core pillars of Wholeness: well-being, purpose, belonging and fulfillment. Personalized Wholeness plan: You and your Coach will define your vision, set goals and design a tangible, tailored action plan to help you achieve wellness and Wholeness. Content and resources: Full access to a library of content and videos from AdventHealth experts at your fingertips. Connection to care services: If at any point you need primary care or specialty care to help reach a health goal, AdventHealth Care Advocates will be there to connect you with priority access to our award-winning network of care and the services that are right for you.
