The Care Collective app is for our families and our carers. FOR FAMILIES • Ask for a carer for babysitting, nannying, overnight care, NDIS support, household help and more • Set up a repeating booking for the days you need every week • See your next booking, who is coming, and their profile • Change a booking or call it off yourself, with the cancellation terms shown before you decide • Read your carer's report after every visit: what the children ate, what they did, and how they were • Message your carer about a booking, and receive photos during the visit • Keep your children's details up to date, including allergies, medication and what to do in an emergency • See our prices, your invoices and what has been charged • Read and sign your documents in the app • Your card is held by Stripe, our payment company. The app never sees or stores your card number FOR CARERS • See the shifts you are booked on, with the address and the children's details • Put your hand up for open casual shifts and long term positions • Clock in and out from your phone. It works with no signal: your phone keeps the time and sends it when it can • Read each child's safety card before you start, saved on your phone for the shift so it opens without signal • Write and send your shift report • Set the days and hours you can work, and ask for time off • Check your timesheets and pay rates • Send in your Blue Card, First Aid and CPR certificates by taking a photo • Do your training modules and sign your documents • Get a notification when a shift is offered, changed or cancelled, and a reminder before each shift WHO CAN USE IT You need an account with The Care Collective. If you are new, tap "I am looking for a carer" or "I want to work with you" on the first screen to send us an application. When we have it, we email you an invitation to make your sign-in.
