GoodShot: Smart Photo Coach

GoodShot opens straight into the camera and helps you take natural portraits, one simple tip at a time. Point it at the person you are photographing. Get live guidance to adjust headroom, keep feet in the frame, level the phone or face the light. Enable the smart shutter for automatic bursts when framing stays suitable, then compare the recommended candidates. LIVE PHOTO COACHING • Composition tips for subject position, size, headroom, full-body framing, level and backlight. • Smart shutter for automatic bursts, with manual capture always available. • Selfie guidance for phone height, distance, framing and light. • Optional reference photos and pose ideas, including your own imported reference. • Spoken coaching so you can listen while shooting. • Optional voice commands such as cheese, switch camera and zoom in on devices supporting offline recognition. EASIER PHOTO SELECTION • On-device candidate scores combine sharpness, exposure, composition, open eyes and smiles, with a recommendation and explanation. Scores help select photos; they do not rate attractiveness. • Blink rescue can look for an open-eyed frame inside the same Live Photo movie when its still image appears to show a blink. • Candidates stay on your device. Low-scoring photos are never deleted automatically. CAPTURE AND SIMPLE EDITS • Live looks: Clear, Film, Japanese, Cinema and Mono, previewed in the viewfinder and reversible after capture. • One-tap straighten and color adjustments, exposure controls, common crop ratios and portrait background blur. • 0 / 3 / 5 second timers and 1 / 3 / 5 shot bursts. • Live Photos on compatible devices and video recording with composition tips. • Portrait and landscape capture on iPad. Supported iPhone Duo devices offer an outer-screen preview, rear-camera selfies and a half-folded stand mode. • Switch between English and Simplified Chinese in Settings, including spoken coaching and voice commands. PROCESSED ON YOUR DEVICE Capture, composition analysis and expression detection run on-device. No account, ads or analytics SDKs. Camera frames, photos and face-analysis results are not sent to the developer's servers. Add-only Photos access is requested only when you choose to export. The microphone is used for video sound and optional offline voice commands; voice-command audio and transcripts are not stored or uploaded. Detection and guidance can be affected by low light, obstructions, busy backgrounds or groups. Features vary by device and system version. Always stay aware of your surroundings while using the camera.
