Coffee Brewing App for Bluetooth kitchen scales. Kofezavr Scale gives you every parameter of the brew in real time, on a single screen. Start the app, put the cup on the scale and brew - there is nothing to navigate to. SCALE TIMER AND BUTTONS On scales with a built-in timer, START, PAUSE and RESET in the app start, stop and reset the timer on the scale, so both count the same seconds. On Acaia, BOOKOO Themis Ultra, Decent and Varia scales the timer button on the scale itself controls the brew in the app. WHAT YOU SEE WHILE BREWING - beverage weight - coffee dose weight - brewing timer - brew ratio - flowrate, in grams per second - charts for total weight and flowrate MADE FOR Espresso, pour-over and drip. Save the dose with one tap and watch the brew ratio while you pour. DESIGNED FOR ONE HAND Every control sits at the bottom of the screen, in the reach of your thumb - no need to shift the phone in your hand in the middle of a pour. AUTOSTART The timer can start by itself on the first drops, so you never miss the beginning of the brew. AUTO-STOP Lift the cup off the scale when the brew is done and the timer pauses by itself. The time and the charts end at the moment the cup left the scale. HOLD THE WEIGHT Brewing with a lid, like in a French press or a Clever Dripper? Tap HOLD once all the water is in. The weight freezes, and the lid stays out of the weight, the ratio and the charts. Tap LIVE to see the live weight again. ACCESSIBILITY Dark mode, Dynamic Type and full VoiceOver support. PRIVACY No account is needed to use the app with most scales, and no data is collected. The Xiaomi HOTO scale is the one exception: it transmits weight only inside an encrypted Bluetooth session whose key is issued by the Xiaomi cloud, so the app asks you to sign in with your own Xiaomi account. Those credentials go straight to Xiaomi over HTTPS - we run no server of our own and never see them.
