Teamcheck: Sports Attendance

Teamcheck: the team app that actually tracks who shows up. Most team apps stop at RSVP — yes, no, maybe. Teamcheck tracks what actually happened: present, late, sick, injured. Real attendance, not guesses. ATTENDANCE THAT MEANS SOMETHING • Check in every session with a real status — Present, Late, Sick, Injured, Vacation, and more — not a yes/no RSVP • Spot who's trending down before it becomes a problem • Every check-in rolls up into a team leaderboard that keeps people showing up SCHEDULING THAT RUNS ITSELF • Build recurring practices and games once — Teamcheck repeats them all season • Sessions sync straight to everyone's phone calendar • Assign sessions to specific groups (U18s, Forwards, Beginners…) so people only see what's theirs EVERYONE IN SYNC • Team-wide group chat, plus an admin-only channel for coach-to-coach coordination • Announcements with reactions — no more digging through chat for the one message that mattered • Notifications that actually reach people DUES, HANDLED • Set up monthly or one-time payment plans for membership fees • See who's paid, pending, or overdue — with automatic reminders, so you're not the one chasing people STATS & LEADERBOARD • Personal attendance stats and a team-wide leaderboard, built from real check-in data • A lightweight competitive nudge that keeps turnout high all season BUILT FOR EVERY TEAM, NOT JUST FOOTBALL Football, basketball, hockey, volleyball, tennis, rugby, and more — plus choir, band, theater, dance, running and cycling clubs, and 30+ other team types. If you run recurring sessions for a group of people, Teamcheck fits. Free to use, no ads. Upgrade to Pro only if you need more than 20 members or multiple team managers.
