Donghaeng - Meet Good Company

The membership app for Donghaeng members is finally here! Great places you'd never go alone — shall we go together? Meet friendly strangers, each one 1:1 interviewed, at restaurants you'd never try on your own. Donghaeng meetups happen every evening and weekend in Euljiro, Seongsu, Gangnam, Apgujeong, and more. Complete a member interview to get started. [How can meeting strangers be safe and fun?] ▶ Membership is by 10-minute 1:1 interview and referral only. We bring together people with their own inner and outer charm — people who: 1) are writing a story that's uniquely theirs, 2) listen well and bring good conversation manners, and 3) truly value their own lives. ▶ An entry fee keeps no-shows away. No-shows are the biggest problem with meeting offline, and the people who show up pay the price. So we keep a small hurdle to discourage casual sign-ups. ▶ Bad actors can't join. (Mutual feedback system) After each meetup, members can leave comments for one another, and members who build a good reputation will get a range of perks. Members who receive 2 yellow cards from 2 different people — for things like dominating the conversation — can no longer join Donghaeng.
