Spacebring Reception

Turn your iPad into a self-service check-in station for your coworking space. Members, event attendees, and visitors check themselves in on arrival, and check out, so your team doesn't have to work the front desk. Who can check in and out at the iPad kiosk: - Room and desk booking invitees - Event attendees - Visitors that come as guests If someone's just interested to learn more about your coworking space products or services, they can leave a contact for you to follow up. The interface matches your brand, giving everyone who walks in a polished, professional first impression. Behind the scenes, you get a clean record of who was in the space and when, from check-in to check-out, across bookings, events, and visits. Set it up once on an iPad at your entrance and leave it running. No staff training, no paper sign-in sheet, no chasing people for attendance. Note: A Spacebring subscription is required, and the features available at the iPad kiosk depend on the add-ons enabled for your space. This app is configured by workspace administrators.
