Everything else shows whose turn it is and how long it has waited. • Action Required carries the desk's reason. Add the photos or document they asked for, or reply, and send it back to the desk in one tap. ONE CLAIM, NOT STARTING OVER • A finished estimate offers "Start a Supplement", and its photos come with it. • Every request on a claim sits together, so you can see what's already been filed. YOUR TEAM, YOUR DESK • Add a teammate and send them the app link in one tap. Everyone gets their own sign-in. • Talk to the SuppX desk on the request itself. Those comments stay with SuppX and never go to the adjuster. • Help & Support reaches the SuppX team from the You tab. SuppX is for contractors whose company has a SuppX account. Your office adds you, or you join with your company's code. Sign in with your email or phone; we send a six-digit code, no passwords. The app never charges you. Pricing comes from your company's SuppX agreement.
