Swolemate is a free app that connects people who share similar fitness goals and interests. Find Your Fitness Crew Create a profile with your location, favorite workouts, and workout frequency. Skip endless swiping—our algorithm connects you with people who match your style. Once you’re matched, you can message each other and plan your next workout together. Workout Squads Get matched with workout squads of 3–4 people who enjoy similar workouts or studios. Choose “My Preferences” for matches that fit your age and gender preferences, or “Open to Anyone” for more flexible matching. When you’re matched, everyone gets notified—accept, start chatting, and plan your next workout together. Check In & Discover Check in at your gym so friends can see where you’re at. Explore studios on the map and find who’s working out nearby. Get personalized recommendations based on shared workouts and studios. Events, Promos & Communities Browse events and exclusive promos in one place. Sign up for upcoming events, view or share photos from past ones, and connect with communities that share your interests. Your Safety Matters Not feeling a match? Unmatching is quick and easy. You can report or block users if needed, and our algorithm keeps you in the loop with new, relevant matches and squads. Our mission is to build lasting friendships and fitness partnerships by bringing people together to reach their fitness goals.

APPLE WATCH & APPLE HEALTH • Your Apple Watch workouts now sync automatically. Turn on Auto-share and new workouts post to your feed on their own — even when the app is closed. • Posts show your real stats: duration, distance, pace, average heart rate, calories, and elevation. • Friends get a notification when you log a workout. • Auto-share is off until you turn it on, skips short workouts, and only ever posts sessions you finish after enabling it — your Health history stays private. A NEW FEED • See what your friends are training, and discover people who train like you. • Give kudos and leave comments on any workout. • Tag the studio you trained at and add photos to your posts. • Search the feed by person, workout type, or studio. • "My Posts" keeps everything you've shared in one place. CONNECT • Suggested — recommended training partners and workout squads. • Friends — your friends, incoming requests, and sent requests in one view. • Find people three ways: by name, by workout, or by studio. MY WORKOUTS • Your full workout history, with filters. • Share any past workout to your feed with photos and a studio tag. • Remove a post from your feed at any time. PRIVACY & SETTINGS • New Public profile toggle — keep your workouts visible to friends only. • Manage auto-sharing and push notifications from Settings.
