About Lolu Life
Lolu is a social sauna, cold pool, and breathwork studio in East Nashville, built for daily practice. Use this app to reserve Guided classes and Free Flow sessions, track your practice, bring a friend, and manage memberships, credit packs, and tickets to special events. We built Lolu to let the noise of the outside world fall away - a deliberate gap between the demands of your day and the stillness of yourself. Find your center, clear your mind, and let your body recover.
