Hire A Car

About Hire A Car

A fresh new look, and HireACar now works beautifully on iPad. NEW DESIGN • Liquid Glass throughout: a new glass tab bar, buttons and back button, with large, clear titles on every screen. • Search now has its own tab in the tab bar. • Light and dark mode now follow your device setting. • Refined typography and spacing on every screen. MADE FOR IPAD • Uses the full iPad screen, in portrait and landscape. • Browse cars in a grid, and search with the list and map side by side. • Car photos and details sit together on one screen. • Trips, messages and your profile open in split view. SMARTER SEARCH • Live suggestions as you type: matching cars, plus any place or address. • New map pins show each car's price. • Approximate car locations now show as an area on the map, not a pin. TRIPS AND PROFILE • My Trips: a timeline, cost breakdown and host contact for every trip. • A new Profile & Verification screen shows what's done, so you can finish your licence, CNIC or selfie in a few taps. • Your CNIC number fills in from your CNIC photo. • Sign up with Apple. Phone and email sign-ups now confirm your email with a one-time code. • Favourite cars are now in your profile menu. FOR HOSTS • Earnings show what you receive after the HireACar service fee. • Reminders when a car is missing its registration number. Tap one to open that car. • Duplicate number plates are caught when you list a car. FASTER AND MORE RELIABLE • Cars open on the first tap, and lists scroll more smoothly. • The keyboard no longer covers what you're typing. • Fixed duplicate notifications, double taps sending things twice, and a crash when opening a car from the map. • Stronger sign-in security.
