CampOrganizer: Family

Stay connected even miles away. Your child is at camp. You want to know they are fine, what is planned today and whether anything needs doing - without chasing emails, PDFs and group chats. CampOrganizer: Family gives you one private place for all of it: the latest update, today's photos, where your child will be, and the one tap that completes a form or pays an invoice. From the first registration form to the last camp photo, everything about your child's session lives in one app. YOUR DAILY CHECK, IN SECONDS - My Day: a timeline of what needs your attention and what is happening now. - Feed: official updates, reminders and announcements from the camp, in one clear stream. - Photos and video: the moments the camp shares with you, in a private gallery - not a noisy group chat. - Schedule: where your child will be and what comes next, now with a new 3-day view. GET READY WITHOUT THE LAST-MINUTE RUSH - Onboarding and tasks: forms, consents, uploads and pre-arrival tasks in a guided flow, with what is left always visible. - Session info: dates, what to bring and key details, wherever you are. - Reminders: notifications for new tasks, messages, photos and updates, where enabled by your camp. MONEY AND EXTRAS, HANDLED - Billing: view invoices and pay from your phone. - Add-ons and offers: book optional activities and extras your camp offers. THE RIGHT PEOPLE, ONE TAP AWAY - Contacts: the staff caring for your child, support and the session's emergency line, in one place. - Messages: reach the camp team through the app, and - where your camp allows it - your child. - Learning progress: follow achievements and certificates where the program shares them. ONE ACCOUNT, EVERY CHILD, EVERY SEASON Several children? Switch between them, and between sessions and camps, from a single login. Each child's tasks, updates and schedule stay clearly separated. The same family account carries into next season, so registration gets faster every year. PHONE AND WEB, ONE ACCOUNT Preparation belongs on a big screen; reassurance belongs in your pocket. The same family account runs Family on the web for registration, long forms and billing detail. What you do on one shows up on the other. PRIVATE AND SAFE You see your own child's session, updates and photos - never another family's. Messages come from the organization, not from personal staff phones. Contact with children on the platform is a controlled, recorded permission. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on a platform whose information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by an independent certification body. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Ukrainian. PLEASE NOTE CampOrganizer: Family is a free companion app for the CampOrganizer platform. To sign in, you need an account from a camp or program that uses CampOrganizer. Fewer emails. More camp moments.
