CampOrganizer: Counselor

Less routine. More happiness. The camp day does not happen at a desk. It happens on the field, at the lake, in the dining hall and on the bus. CampOrganizer: Counselor puts the whole day in your pocket, so you can run it from where the children are. Open the app and you know right away: what is next, who is in your group and what needs doing. Take attendance in seconds, check a child's allergies before snack time, share the best photo of the day with families, and log an incident while the details are still fresh. One app, in sync with your whole camp team. RETIRE THE CLIPBOARD - No printed lists that are out of date by lunch. - No attendance rebuilt from memory at night. - No hundreds of photos stuck on your personal phone. - No searching three group chats for the latest plan. EVERYTHING YOUR DAY NEEDS - My Day: today across every session you work in, at a glance. - Attendance in seconds: mark and review presence for activities, meals, transport or any check your camp sets up. - My Teams: only the groups and children assigned to you. - Quick child profiles: allergies, medical notes and who to contact, exactly when it matters. - Tasks and briefings: what is assigned to you and what comes next. - Live schedule: always the current plan, now with a new 3-day view. - Chats and feed: reach the right person and follow official session announcements. - Photos and video: capture moments straight into the session gallery, so families see the day too. - Reports and incidents: log behavioural, medical, safeguarding or operational reports against the right child and session. - My Learning: complete staff training and keep your badges and certificates from session to session. ONE TEAM, ONE LIVE PICTURE The plan, teams and tasks from your camp's Session Console land on your phone. The attendance, reports and photos you record flow straight back. The person leading the session sees what is really happening, and every counselor works from the same, current plan. SAFE BY DESIGN You see only the sessions, groups and children assigned to you. Sensitive details are scoped to the role that needs them, contact with children is a controlled, recorded permission, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. CampOrganizer's information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by an independent certification body.
