About PrismWFM

Prism Workforce Management is an app for both employees and supervisors, designed to simplify how employees capture jobs and hours worked. With automated timekeeping, shift scheduling, time off requests and more built into a single app, employees and supervisors can focus on the work while letting the app coordinate and calculate time on and off the clock. The app simplifies how employees capture their hours worked, while also enabling supervisors to quickly manage employee timesheets and exceptions. For employers and HR administrators, the app also simplifies the processing of employee hours for payroll and labor compliance practices, such as overtime pay, FLSA and other complex state or federal labor practices.

This release makes everyday time tracking faster and clearer. If mobile clock in/out is enabled for you, the app now opens straight to the Clock In/Out screen instead of the dashboard, so you can punch in a single tap. Your timesheet now shows questionnaire responses — tap and hold a punch and choose Details to see the questions and your answers — and a new indicator marks the exact day a missing punch occurred, so you no longer have to open each day to find it. Custom punch warning and restriction messages set by your administrator now appear in the app in English or Spanish, and job costing is enforced when you add hours manually, not just when clocking in and out. We've also improved the consistency of geofenced punches and fixed an issue where questionnaire questions appeared blank on some Android phones and tablets.
