Golden Record

Some stories only come out when someone asks the right question. Golden Record helps you preserve the voices and life stories of the people you love—including your own. Begin with a conversation, a photograph, or a memory. There is no need to prepare a complete life story before you start. MAKE SPACE FOR THEIR VOICE Choose a spoken, AI-led interview or work through guided prompts at your own pace. Choose an interviewer voice and let the conversation unfold. GATHER THE MEMORIES Keep conversations and photographs together. Explore the moments, people, and themes collected across a life, rather than losing them in a list of recordings. SHAPE THE BOOK Choose biography or autobiography, a story structure, and how closely the writing should preserve the storyteller’s voice. Review the draft and make it your own. KEEP IT PERSONAL Your stories are private unless you choose to share them. Manage access and preserve a portable copy of your record. AI can make mistakes. Review transcripts, dates, names, and writing before treating them as a final family record. Always get the consent of everyone whose conversation you record.
