About CTGfai
CTGfai – AI-Assisted CTG Interpretation for Healthcare Professionals Developed by Dr. Kamal Tizfai, MBBS, Masters in Telemedicine, Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology Tizfai Technologies AB, Sweden OVERVIEW Assessing cardiotocography (CTG) is a critical component in monitoring fetal wellbeing. CTGfai is designed to support licensed healthcare professionals — midwives and physicians — by providing a structured reference and AI-assisted interpretation based on Swedish clinical guidelines for CTG. CLINICAL GUIDELINES The content of this app is based on established literature and guidelines published by the Swedish Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (SFOG). Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance. KEY FEATURES • Swedish and international CTG Classification — Normal, Suspicious, Pathological • AI-Powered CTG Assessment — Upload a CTG image and receive an AI-generated clinical interpretation in seconds • AI Journal Note (Anteckning) — Automatically generate a structured, de-identified clinical journal note from the AI assessment, ready to copy or email • Image Redaction Tool — Hide patient-identifying information from CTG images before AI analysis • Available in Swedish and English • Optimized for clinical workflow — fast, structured, and easy to use at the point of care FOR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS ONLY This tool is exclusively intended for use by licensed midwives (Barnmorska) and licensed physicians (Läkare/Doctor). The app requires professional verification before accessing AI features. AI PRIVACY & SAFETY CTG images are processed via OpenAI servers for analysis. Users must NEVER include patient names, ID numbers, or any identifying information in images. AI-generated journal notes contain no patient-identifying information. The AI assessment is a supplementary experimental tool and does NOT replace clinical judgment. Full medical responsibility rests with the treating clinician. DISCLAIMER This tool is intended as a supplemental resource to aid decision-making alongside professional expertise. It does not replace clinical judgment or substitute for established protocols. All AI results must be verified by a qualified healthcare professional.
