Every Driver is expected to start the day with a meticulously sanitized interior, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our passengers. We place such a premium on cleanliness that each passenger vehicle undergoes annual inspections for safety and regulatory compliance. Safety First: Safety is at the heart of our operations. We rigorously implement robust safety measures to protect both our passengers and drivers, fostering an environment of trust and confidence throughout every journey. Sustainability at Our Core: Our commitment to sustainability isn’t just rhetoric; it's deeply ingrained in our core values. Fair Compensation: We highly value our drivers as integral partners in our mission. At Nimble, drivers have a controlling stake in each trip, with our 51/49 pledge ensuring that the human, public-facing team member retains the majority share of each fare. We firmly believe that fair compensation leads to the best possible service for our passengers and property. At Nimble, we transcend traditional transportation services; we are the visionary architects of a brighter, cleaner, safer, and more equitable future. We invite you to embark on this journey with us, as we strive for a safe, environmentally-responsible, and people-centric ride-sharing experience.
