ThePetsClub

The Pets Club brings the UAE's pet shop to your phone: food, treats, litter, toys, grooming and healthcare for dogs, cats, birds, fish, small pets and reptiles, from over 280 brands. PAWLY, YOUR AI PET ADVISOR Ask anything, any time. Pawly helps you pick the right food for your pet's breed, age and health needs, compares options and answers care questions. Not sure what you are holding? Send a photo. New puppy or kitten? Pawly builds a checklist and walks you through it one step at a time. THE BRANDS YOU TRUST Royal Canin, Hill's, Pro Plan, Orijen, ACANA, Taste of the Wild and hundreds more. Filter by pet, life stage, breed size or health need, and compare pack sizes on clear unit prices. AUTO DELIVERY - NEVER RUN OUT Put the things you buy every month on a schedule. Save 15% on your first order and 10% on every order after, with free delivery on every subscription. Change the date, skip a delivery, swap a size or pause entirely in a couple of taps. DELIVERY ACROSS THE UAE Same-day delivery in Dubai and next-day to the other emirates. Free delivery over AED 100 in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and over AED 150 elsewhere in the UAE. Express items ship from our own warehouse and arrive a day sooner. WATCH YOUR ORDER COME TO YOU Follow it from packed, to picked up, to on its way - with your driver on a live map and an arrival time that updates as they drive. Track it from the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island without opening the app, and reach your driver on WhatsApp if you need to. PAWSOME POINTS ON EVERY ORDER Earn 3 to 5 points for every AED 1 spent on full-priced items, depending on your tier. 100 points are worth AED 1 off, and you start with 100 points for signing up. Earn more on your pet's birthday, for product reviews and for referring a friend. BUILT AROUND YOUR PETS Add each pet with their breed, age, weight and health needs, and the app remembers what they eat. Reorder a favourite in one tap, get told the moment a sold-out item is back, and save products to your wishlist for later. PAY HOW YOU LIKE Card, Apple Pay, Tamara or Tabby in instalments, or cash on delivery. Cards are saved securely by our payment provider, never by us. HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT Free returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging, collected free of charge. Hygiene items - food, treats, medicines, litter and pee pads - cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or wrong. Our support team is available 8am to 9pm, and Pawly answers 24/7.
