LambLock: Screen Time Control

＼DREAM SHEEP has been renamed to LambLock!／ 1,460 hours a year. That’s like working full-time for 9 months—on your phone. How much more of your life will go to scrolling? Ever say “just 5 minutes” on TikTok and end up losing an hour? Ever open X or Insta in the middle of work without even thinking? Ever stare at your phone before bed and then can’t sleep? LambLock is here to cut out that social media overkill, helping you rebuild your life on your own terms. (Research shows social media habits can wreck focus, sleep, mindfulness, and mental health.) We made this app because we’ve felt that struggle ourselves. ◆ What’s LambLock? An app blocker that stops you from doomscrolling—perfect before sleep or when you need laser focus. Tried quitting cold turkey? Digital detoxes? Kept slipping back? We calm that “must scroll” itch with a deep-breath prompt before app access.
