YYOGA

We are YYOGA, we believe that yoga is for everyone and every body, which is why, from beginner to advanced, all levels of practice are welcome in our studios. In 2007, we set out to create a yoga community where everyone belonged. Using principles of yoga and mindfulness, we wanted to create places for people to feel inspired, connected, and welcome. Today, we have four studio locations across the greater Vancouver area: Downtown Flow, Kitsilano, Northshore Elements, and Richmond Olympic Oval. Whether you’re looking for gentle, beginner- friendly classes or something more fiery and intense, we guarantee you’ll find your fit. Class styles include: - Flow - Power - Hatha - Gentle Hatha - Hatha with Sound Bowls - Yin - Yin & Meditation - YHot - YHot with Sound Bowls - YSculpt - Pilates Fusion Our official YYOGA app makes it easy for you to book a class, filter by your favourite studio or teacher, view your account history, view studio information, and get access to exclusive promotions. We're so excited to welcome you to the community.
