What's new in 1.0.87 Sync • Sync now runs in the background, so you can keep working. A strip on the dashboard shows progress, any error with Retry, and when you last synced. • The app syncs on its own when you open it, every 30 minutes, and when the connection comes back with an order waiting. You can turn this off in Settings. • Faster syncs: only the products, customers and orders that changed are downloaded. Orders and customers • Unsynced orders: tap an order to see its status and clearly labelled actions, including Send now. • New account statement built for phones: the balance, an aging bar, and View, Email and Text on every invoice. Tap a balance on Customers to open it. • Aging fixed: invoices that are not yet due now show as Current. Tap a bucket on Aging Summary to see the invoices in it. • Sales tax by delivery address, shown on each line and in the total. • A fast scrollbar on long lists (customers, transactions, catalog) with A–Z, month and department markers. • Catalog: Interactive Filters keeps your department headings, and keeps your selections after you open a product. Warehouse • Multiple warehouses: choose where you work; Receive, Pick and Fulfill by warehouse; receive transfers between warehouses; bin locations for each warehouse; reps choose where an order ships from. • Lot numbers: scan lot barcodes when receiving, picking and fulfilling. • Pick Orders: scan to check and count on every order, with a new camera button. • Seasonal inventory in Pick and Fulfill. • Partial deliveries: hold the rest of a line for the customer and load it with a later order. Delivery • Drivers whose company does not track their location get their own location notice, and on iPhone a route keeps working while the phone is locked. • Starting a route can tell the first customer the driver is on the way. • "Waiting to upload" clears as soon as uploads finish. Fixes • Syncing during Fulfill no longer loses your counts. • Customers shows Retry instead of loading forever when the database is busy. • Signing out waits for a sync that is still running.
