Parley Global Ltd

What is the most important part of your business?... ...Your employees, of course! Employee satisfaction focuses on a minimum level, but employee engagement tries to get everyone to achieve GREATER! Take a look at the engagement-profit chain, which is fundamentally a simple equation. So, what do your employees need to feel engaged? Here at Parley Global Ltd., we think they need to... * feel part of something * know that their opinion matters * feel valued * be 'in the know' * know that there is a common purpose This is why we have developed a polling and discussion platform whereby businesses can engage their employees frequently, seeking their opinions on important matters, with the ultimate aim of helping to inform business evolution from the inside out. Most importantly, Parley Global Ltd. has anonymity at it's center; it is a place where honest opinions can be given without fear and received without prejudice, and a place where everyone gets a chance to contribute to the future of their business.
