- A patient can have a social name, optional when editing. Lists and the patient page show "social name (legal name)"; the schedule, the greeting and AAC use only the social name. Search finds it too. - In Finance, the closing title names the month's slice (health plan, branch or natural environment), so two closings in the same month no longer look the same. The detail lists the sessions left out, with the reason. - Contesting a closing opens its own screen: a note, a note per session, a session that is not on the list, and attachments. The app notifies you when the payout is paid. - When recording a session and in the patient record, the council registration appears beside the professional. If the council, state or number is missing, a notice leads to completing the profile, without blocking the session. - A clinic guardian enters the app once the child has a linked professional, even before the first assessment, with a notice that activities appear after the team records the assessment or screening. - An account without an active subscription sees a screen to subscribe or sign out, instead of an empty home. - Session notes and patient record notes accept up to 1,500 characters.
