NEW • Lost items — when a passenger reports something left in your car, you can now answer them from the app: say whether you have it, add a message and attach a photo. Previously these reports never reached you. • Disputes — raise a problem with a fare and follow it through to a decision, with the status and any response in one place. • Emergency contacts and SOS — add up to three contacts, and raise an alert that notifies them and our operations team with your location. • Scheduled rides — scheduled bookings now arrive as a normal ride offer, labelled "Scheduled" with the pickup time, so you can tell a trip you must be somewhere for from one starting now. They're offered 15 minutes before pickup. IMPROVED • Going offline during a ride no longer leaves the trip stranded. • Ride offers opened from a notification now show the full trip — pickup, drop-off, fare and distance — instead of an almost-empty card. • A passenger cancelling now reaches you even if the connection has dropped. • Your earnings for a completed trip are re-checked if the amount hasn't settled yet, rather than showing nothing. • Payout and tip notifications open your Earnings. • The passenger's pin now shows on the map during pickup. • The vehicle colour list includes every colour we support, so you no longer have to pick the nearest match. • "Scan registration" now fills in the details it reads. • Fixed an issue that could stop notifications arriving until you restarted the app. FIXED • Drivers could get permanently stuck waiting on a background check that had already finished. • Saving step 1 of registration repeatedly created a new application instead of updating yours, and "Start Fresh" left the old one behind. • The trip summary stated a passenger had been charged a specific amount in cases where that wasn't yet settled. • Notification settings that did nothing have been removed, and the remaining switches now take effect. • Various fixes to the map, the active-ride screen and document uploads.
