Cab-Connect

About Cab-Connect

Scheduled rides, rebuilt • Choose any ride type when you schedule — Connect Taxi, Comfort, SUV, XL, Black and Black SUV — with the price for each shown before you book. Previously scheduling offered a short list that didn't match the ride types you get when booking now. • Your pickup is filled in from where you are, with the real street address. • Both pickup and drop-off now use the same address search and suggestions as booking a ride now, so the place you pick is the place your driver is sent. • The time starts at the next slot you can actually book, and tells you if you've chosen one that's too soon. • Your scheduled rides now show the correct ride type and price in the Rides tab. When a scheduled ride starts • A scheduled ride now opens the normal ride screens — "Finding your driver", then your driver on the way, with the map, driver details, PIN, chat, call and cancel — exactly like a ride booked now, including the Lock Screen Live Activity. • If no driver can be found for a scheduled ride, you'll be told clearly, with a one-tap option to book the same trip now. Fixes • The Lock Screen and Dynamic Island card now disappears when your trip ends, instead of occasionally lingering with a countdown that had finished. • The rating screen shows the street you were collected from, rather than "Current Location". • Fixed an issue that could stop notifications arriving until the app was restarted. • Cancelling a ride now records the reason you chose. • Promo discounts are reflected in the fare shown for your trip. • Tapping a notification takes you to the right screen, including lost-item updates and scheduled-ride alerts. • Chat messages no longer produce two notifications for the same message. • Recent searches stay in sync across your devices and are ordered by when you last used them. • A number of smaller reliability fixes to receipts, trip tracking and ride options.
