This update gives you more control over your plan and a clearer view of your training: • Set your sport priorities, preferred workout length and location, and the day you want to receive your next weekly plan. Future weeks now update automatically when your availability changes. • Explore new tips on the home screen. Analysis now includes explanations of your athlete profile and trends, an improved swimming pace profile, and a custom date range for training load. • Review your workout summary, analysis, and takeaways more easily. You can also see where completed workout data came from and when it synced. • Share workouts, sleep, and HRV in new layouts, including over your own photo. We’ve also improved charts, the calendar, data sync, swimming rest intervals, and how plan adherence is counted during illness.
