BOH Labels

The only prep list that prints itself. BOH Wiz turns your kitchen's prep list into ready-to-print labels. Tap any prep item, the label prints from your Zebra ZD411 (or any compatible direct-thermal Zebra) with the item name, prep date, and auto-calculated expiration baked in. No more handwriting labels at 5 AM. No more smeared sharpie ink. No more counting forward in your head to figure out the use-by date. Built for restaurants. Not for everyone. Already in use at national casual-dining chains and independent kitchens. Designed by a chef-developer in Chicago who got tired of the alternatives. Real prep planning, real label printing. Most "prep & print" systems just print. BOH Wiz plans the prep first: what to make today, how much (par × yield × on-hand math), how long it'll take, which station owns it. Then it prints the label. One app, no sticky notes, no spreadsheets, no monthly fee. And the pars adjust themselves from your actual usage, so the list gets smarter the longer you run it. What it does: • Tap-to-print prep labels straight from the prep list, no second app, no re-typing • Batch-print every label for a station in one tap (the 5 AM grind in 4 minutes instead of an hour) • Auto-calculated use-by dates from your shelf-life rules • Notifications the day before any labeled item expires (FIFO without the flashlight) • Multi-station, multi-location support • Bluetooth pairing with Zebra ZD411, ZD420, ZD620, GK420d, and most direct-thermal Zebras since 2015 • Works offline (labels print without Wi-Fi; data syncs when you're back online) • Audit trail of every label printed, with timestamp and user • Web dashboard at bohwiz.com/manager Pricing: The app is free. The prep-list-to-printer integration is free. The expiration alerts are free. The dashboard is free. The only cost is hardware: the printer ($299.99 one-time) and the dissolvable label refill ($99.99 per pack of 4,000 labels). No monthly subscription. No per-user fee. No per-location fee. No contract. If you already own a compatible Zebra, skip the printer line item and order labels only at bohwiz.com. Support: Email [email protected] or call 866.626.4949. Both reach the founder directly. No call queue, no support tier, no "ticket #4837."
