What’s new
Version 1.9.18 · Updated October 23, 2026
What's New in 1.9.18: • Photos and videos sent with a caption show in one bubble with the caption underneath. Wide screenshots show whole. • Draw arrows, lines, squares and circles on photos, in Thin, Medium or Thick. Text you add looks the same in the sent photo, and you can tap it to edit. • In the photo editor, tap the chat name to send the photo to more chats at once, or to a different chat. • Tickets and project tasks sent to you show as cards you can open. • When you tag someone, their name shows in their own colour, and one Backspace removes the whole tag. • Set the client and logo on many groups at once. Any group admin can now set a chat's client. • Add tag shows the tags you already use, so the same tag doesn't end up with two spellings. • Tap a hashtag in a group description to search for it. Long descriptions have Read more. • Show all mentions has a time range, and you can mark all mentions as read. • Closed groups leave your chat list right away. • Chats no longer skip messages when a busy chat gets lots of new ones while you're away. Plus other improvements and bug fixes.
