Doing well at oral argument is about practice, and that means getting in the reps. John Roberts famously used to deal himself questions from a deck of index cards—but it's not the 80s anymore. Now you can use the power of AI. • Record questions and assign them keywords with our easy-to-use interface. • Fine-tune your bench: Is it hot or cold? Will they let you get our your intro? How long will you get to answer a question? • Run an argument and see how you do. Can you transition smoothly from point to point? Can you answer a tricky question substantively without stammering? • Review the argument and evaluate your performance. Refine your outline to expand on thorny areas or drop easy ones. Add citations to arguments that might need them. • Iterate. Run through your argument as often as you want. No two runs will be the same. Each time, you'll see another view of the cathedral and improve your performance. Try it free for a week, and then it's $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year. With the help of Hercules, when argument day comes, you'll look polished and effortless.
