Shift trades, scheduling and time off fixes NEW • Sign in with Microsoft – if your organization uses Microsoft work accounts, sign in with one tap. • Filter and sort open shifts – narrow open shifts and schedules by location, date, shift details, length and type, and sort by most recently published. Remove a filter with one tap on its chip. • Search as you type – search My Schedule, Open Shifts and location schedules. • Switch schedules – tap the schedule name at the top to jump to any location you're assigned to. • Automatic logout – if your organization turns it on, you're logged out after a period of inactivity. You'll get a minute's warning with the option to stay logged in. IMPROVED • Shift trades – cancel or change an open trade the same way as a direct trade. Starting a new trade replaces the old one, and direct trades show who you offered the shift to. • Shift requests – you'll see a warning if a shift you're requesting overlaps one you're already scheduled for. You can still send the request. FIXES • Single-day time off now shows the correct hours and times. • Schedules only show shifts in the month you're viewing. • Locked accounts see a clear message to contact their manager.
