About TT Moves
The Trinidad and Tobago Moves (TT Moves) campaign was launched in 2018 and encourages a movement for lifestyle change in direct response to the prevalence of Non-Communicable Diseases in Trinidad and Tobago. The TTMoves pedometer app can help you determine the number of steps you take throughout the day. The app counts steps for any activity that involves step-like movements such as walking, running, climbing stairs and even movement as you go about your daily chores.
