FairConsent

FairConsent is a consent app for collecting informed consent during photo and video productions. It allows photographers, videographers, communication and project managers to seamlessly obtain a model release from individuals captured in their photographs and videos, while adhering to the strict requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Ensure that you have the necessary photo and video releases from every individual featured in your productions. FairConsent app integrates seamlessly with the FairConsent platform where companies and organisations can manage users, consent terms and consents that are generated through the app. Key features: 1. Simple workflow and Barrier-free consents: A user-friendly interface and step-by-step consent process allows you to explain the purpose of the capture. 2. Barrier-free consent explanation and verification: Explain what consent is given for by using text or by playing an audio file and confirm consent with a simple photo. Let the consent giver decide if they want to confirm their consent by photo or signature. 3. Consent documentation: Automatically generate a PDF with all the relevant details, including the date, time, location, and the rights granted by the individual. Easily share the PDF with your smartphone. 4. Offline capabilities: The app allows you to work offline and sync your data later when you're back online. 5. GDPR compliance and privacy-first approach: The FairConsent App is designed to meet the requirements of the GDPR. It helps you collect and store consent data securely and ensures that the consent preferences by the models are respected. 6. Custom consent process: Upload your own consent texts and audio files to be compliant with your organization or client's needs. 7.
