How do I access the myaccounts mobile app? If you are already registered for our myaccounts online service: • Download the app. • You will need your myaccounts online service username, password, and one time password to log-into the app for the first time. • If your device supports it, you can then set up fingerprint or face ID as a secure and quick login. If you have not already registered for our online service myaccounts • Please visit www.newbury.co.uk/myaccounts/ to register. • Once you have received your myaccounts online service username, password, and memorable word by email and your verification code by post, you will be able to download and access the app. If you are having problems downloading the app, firstly please ensure your device has been updated, or you can call us on 0800 988 4857 (Monday to Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm, Wednesdays from 9.30am. Saturdays 9am to 12 noon.)
