Vehicle expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, and more) are centralized and clearly split based on actual use. Bookings, trip history, expenses (with receipt photos), balances, and payments stay clear for everyone, so misunderstandings never start. Agree on the rules with the circle charter, and record the vehicle's condition with photos at the start or end of a trip. If the vehicle doesn't have a fixed spot, note its last parking location to find it quickly.
