LiVELY: Healthy Digital Habits

LiVELY is not your typical habit tracker. It offers an innovative personal approach to tackling digital distraction that goes beyond simply turning off devices or blocking apps. LiVELY helps you develop a better relationship with technology; one where you’re in control; one that reminds you there’s no substitute for the human experience - touching grass, stopping to smell the roses, call what you like. And, yes, we get the irony of LiVELY being an app. But we’re all about promoting and maintaining a healthy, disciplined relationship with tech, using tech. A suite of tips, tools, techniques, challenges and exclusive content will help make you less distracted and more productive in everything you do – not just work. Download LiVELY and get started on a better you now. Licensed application end user license agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
